What we collect

When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address if you share it, and details of your project. If you pay for a consultation, payment is handled by our booking and payment provider and we do not store your card details.

Why we use it

To arrange and hold your consultation, to quote for and deliver the sourcing services you ask for, to arrange shipping and delivery, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you, and complying with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to deliver your order: our booking and payment provider, our partner agent and factories in China (product and delivery details only), shipping, customs clearance and delivery partners, and our accountants. Some of these partners are outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, we take steps to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and order records for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after [12 months].

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@renosourcing.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Instagram feed

Our website shows posts from our Instagram account using a third-party feed service. Viewing the feed may allow that service and Instagram to collect technical data such as your IP address.
